Child Sexual Abuse

Over the two last decades sexual abuse of children has now come to be seen as one of the new 'epidemics' of childhood and yet previously it must have been present in communities; the question arises, why was it not viewed as pathological behaviour and a serious problem affecting children's physical and psychological health.
